Terms of use for 24days

The 24days Site offers to its customers an online Advent Calendar service that helps people to create and share calendars based on their own content. The 24days service and network (collectively, '24days', 'the Service' or 'the Site') are operated by Gemilo Ltd. It is very important that You (and Your parents, if You’re under 18) review the following rules so that you know what you can and cannot do on 24days. In consideration of Your use of the Site, You have to agree to the following terms of use:

  1. Calendars You create must not be offensive or illegal. This means You agree not to publish any content that might violate the law. The content must also not harm, or threaten the safety of users or others. If Your content is nasty, insulting, sexually explicit, racially disparaging, religiously disparaging or in other ways inappropriate we have the right to delete it without notice.
  2. The Service and the Site are available for Your personal, non-commercial use. You are not allowed to use the Site for example for company’s marketing. For commercial use of the Site, one must always have a prior Agreement with the Gemilo Ltd.
  3. User can use a nick name on the Site. However, when You register You must give accurate information with the actual personal and contact information, and remember to maintain and promptly update Your Registration Data, and any other information You provide to the Company, so that it is accurate, current and complete. This information is shown for others only if the user agrees so.
  4. You must maintain the security of Your password and identification. Note that You are fully responsible for all use of Your account and for any actions that take place using Your account.
  5. If You notice that the Site or Service contains illegal or offensive content, you should notify the administration of the Site. If the content violates copyrights, proper Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement is recommended. The Company disables access or removes (without notice) any Site Content or User Content that violates law or in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement. The Company may also delete or remove You from the Site or the Service if You have violated the law or this Agreement deliberately. We can terminate the accounts of repeated infringers.
  6. You further agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, copy or distribute the content of the Service to any other person unless specifically permitted by the Site and Gemilo Ltd. You are not allowed to sell content of the site in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Company's prior written permission. The only exception is Your own User Content (as defined below) that You legally post on the Site.
  7. You may post, transmit, or share content on the Site or Service only if You have required permission to the content. If You utilize content from others, this content must be licensed with an open and free license, like Creative Commons licences that allow commercial use of the content. Remember that third-party content providers (other than users) own the copyright in content that is original to them. You can display your personal Calendar on your own personal web pages for your non-commercial and personal use ONLY.
  8. You understand that all purchases of digital 24days services and products are final and non-refundable, except, in our sole and absolute discretion.
